EMBRACE THE PROCESS

What makes the difference between every meal we enjoy isn’t just the ingredients—it’s the process.
Some foods are boiled, grilled, fried, or roasted. Others are marinated, allowing flavors to soak deep within. The result? A rich, delicious taste we all love.
But today, we’re not talking about food—we’re talking about something greater and more lasting.

Just like meals, we all go through processes on our journey to becoming who God created us to be. Sometimes, these processes are tough and stormy. They stretch us, challenge us, and even break us—but they also build us.

What is God’s mind toward our process?
“When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, nor shall the flame scorch you.”
— Isaiah 43:2 (NKJV)
This is something we must know, understand, and believe deeply—especially in hard times:
God knows you. He is for you. He is with you. He is in you.

“And the Lord, He is the One who goes before you. He will be with you, He will not leave you nor forsake you; do not fear nor be dismayed.”
— Deuteronomy 31:8 (NKJV)

Are you facing trials, challenges, or situations you don’t understand? Be encouraged: God is with you.
Yes, it may be painful. Yes, it may feel like the promises are delayed. You might even wonder where God is—but He’s saying to you today: “I will never leave you.”

So, if God is with me, for me, and loves me—what should my response be?
“My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.”
— James 1:2–4 (NKJV)

God expects us, His children, to respond in a particular way during trials—because He’s using those trials to shape something beautiful in us.
He wants us to embrace the process.
Embracing the process doesn’t mean identifying with pain or delay. It means choosing joy, knowing that there’s purpose behind the trials. God is working all things together for your good.
“And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.”
— Romans 8:28 (NKJV)

Your attitude—especially your ability to remain joyful and trusting—will shape who you become after the process is complete.
God is saying:
“Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!”
— Psalm 46:10 (NKJV)
You can trust Him through the process.
